Three very different outdoor worlds — one shared methodological depth. In the water, on the high ropes, or in the snow: Adopting the language of Generation Z is the basis for truly reaching young people.
Teamwork, action & learning moments on the Iller. After a brief introduction, excited teams paddle into Iller water sports — an action-packed mix of canoe rafting and tubing. Various rapids, clear team commands, and an optional team rally for the tough ones.

Structured cooperation under pressure, clear commands within the team, individual responsibility in boat steering. Plus mental resilience during the first contact with whitewater — allowing the comfort zone to grow under safe conditions.
High ropes course between the ski jumps of the World Cup Arena. Apprentice training at eye level and beyond — Fit4Life between the world-famous jumps, where maximum learning potential is released.

Stress competence at a height of 30 meters, trust in the team and in one’s own safety equipment, overcoming comfort zones under guidance. Stations: Ground course, team course at 6–12 m height, ski jump experience.
Snowshoe tour in a snowy setting, where team spirit, orientation, and communication are sharpened. Navigating in the snow is an effective reflection-based learning field — and the most affordable entry into the apprentice training portfolio.

Orientation under unusual conditions, clear communication in the snowfield, taking responsibility for one’s own team member. Plus a cozy break with a view, hot tea, and a small snack in the snow — valuable reflection in a relaxed atmosphere.

The meeting point varies by format: ICO Center Bihlerdorf (Im Wasen 16) for the River Expedition and Snow Tour, ORLEN Arena Oberstdorf for the Skywalk format. We organize necessary transfers together with you (shuttle).
On the snow tour, a break with hot tea and a snack in the field awaits you. For the River Expedition and Skywalk, catering is individual — snack bar at the ICO Outdoor Center and Bavarian Hut Evening at the Skywalk can be booked.
No special prior knowledge. Ability to swim from age 6 for the River Expedition. Freedom from vertigo for the Skywalk (we work with safety harnesses). Basic fitness for the snow tour. We adapt every format to your group.
Yes — explicitly. Tailor-made apprentice training: We work with you to create a perfectly fitting training concept. Focus areas: Problem-solving, communication, teambuilding, self-confidence/stress competence.
