Skywalk Coordination
Anyone who wants to experience ski jumping themselves can get a taste of this exciting sport at ICO. Guided by former official DSV mental coach Peter Tümmers, who accompanied Martin Schmitt and Sven Hannawald on the ramps, and his daughter Lena Tümmers, junior ski jumping champion of SC Oberstdorf, you will gradually immerse yourself in the world of ski jumping. After careful preliminary exercises, you will dare to make your first jump. Valuable tips from the mental professional are included.
Warm-up, run-up crouch, practice take-off movement dry — under the guidance of Peter and Lena Tümmers, who directly pass on their elite sports experience.
On the HS25 junior hill, you are never more than 30 cm from safe ground. Pure adrenaline — without real risk. Perfectly suited for beginners.
What Peter Tümmers gave to Schmitt and Hannawald — you get here directly for your own application. Mental strength from DSV elite sports practice.
What elite athletes like Sven Hannawald or Martin Schmitt do before the decisive jump, you will learn firsthand here. Peter Tümmers translates DSV mental techniques into your everyday life — applicable from Monday morning.
On the ramp, split seconds decide. You practice at the original venue how concentration holds even when everything is at stake — a key competence for any leadership situation.

The workshop gradually introduces you to your first ski jump: safety briefing, preliminary exercises at the take-off table, run-up crouch, take-off movement — all dry, then with skis. On the HS25 junior hill, you will finally dare your first real jump. For particularly talented participants, it goes up another level — to the HS42.

The Ski Jumping Workshop combines personal courage with elite sports methodology — what happens methodologically here has its roots in two central ICO competencies.
Whoever dares a ski jump needs mental clarity under pressure — and Peter Tümmers, who accompanied Sven Hannawald and Martin Schmitt to Olympic success, passes on these elite sports mental techniques directly in the workshop. What happens here before the take-off is exactly what we systematically develop in mental training.
When the team watches a colleague stand on the junior hill, mutual encouragement and shared experience are created with an intensity that no indoor event can generate. Precisely this learning effect forms the methodological core in the teambuilding & outdoor concept — daring together forges bonds.
