Ski Jump Tubing — Brief Overview

Complete overview of the process, add-on Gate Challenge, and booking.

Where the ski jumping feeling becomes a FUN experience

With the inflatable special sleds, you head rapidly down from the Oberstdorf ski jumps into the valley. After training on the 2 junior jumps, you venture onto the 60m ski jump — pure adrenaline, in summer and winter alike.

Junior jumps for getting started

On the 2 junior jumps, you safely gain your first experience — controlled, close to the ground, and secure.

60m ski jump as the highlight

If you want more, venture onto the 60m jump — speed, height, and the real ski jumping feeling under professional guidance.

Gate Challenge as a team competition

In the add-on, you hit the bullseye while traveling at high speed — the winner's prize makes the day a real team event.

Letting courage grow together

From the start on the K19 to the 60m jump: everyone in the team decides for themselves how far they want to go. Cheering from colleagues becomes a courage booster — and suddenly even the supposedly most reserved person dares to take the big leap.

Adrenaline as team glue

Speed, laughter, a brief moment of shock at the takeoff: shared adrenaline moments create an emotional bond that no conference room can achieve — the stuff that real team stories are made of.

Playful competition that connects

The optional Gate Challenge turns the descent into a team competition with a wink. Who hits the target? Who swears? Who celebrates? In the end, everyone wins — and the winner's prize provides the material for anecdotes in the next quarterly meeting.

Everything you always wanted to know about ski jump tubing

What does ski jump tubing include?

You choose your personal fun level from 3 ski jump outruns: K19 (for the start), K30 (progression), and K56 (maximum progression). With every run, you gain confidence — and at the end, you’ll have unforgettable souvenir photos and a rush of speed in your luggage.

The 3-jump selection

K19 for the start, K30 for progression, K56 for maximum progression — you decide your pace.

• Optional: Gate Challenge as a team competition

Ski jump tubing is the ICO Skywalk FUN experience in its purest form: rapid descents on the original jumps of the ORLEN Arena, on mats in summer and on snow in winter. Methodologically, it is an adrenaline team experience with high recognition value and is perfectly combinable with other Skywalk modules.

Where does the ski jump tubing take place?

Directly in the ORLEN Arena Oberstdorf — where the Four Hills Tournament celebrates its kick-off every year. The Four Hills Tournament stadium is located below the Schattenberg in the panorama of the Allgäu Alps and comprises a total of 5 jumps (2 large jumps, 3 junior jumps).

What does the ORLEN Arena offer as a ski jump setting?

5 jumps to choose from, Erdinger Sportalp for catering, meeting rooms with panoramic views, and an optional ski jump tour for insider insights.

Meeting point at the ORLEN Arena main entrance, safety briefing, equipment (tubes + helmet), training on the 2 junior jumps, then the 60m ski jump — with an optional Gate Challenge as a team competition.

• Original venue of the Four Hills Tournament
• Directly below the Schattenberg
Erdinger Sportalp directly in the arena
• Optional: Ski jump tour as an add-on

How this module methodologically connects to our core competencies

Ski jump tubing is primarily a FUN experience — but methodologically, it is a test of courage and a team competition at the same time. What happens here has its roots in two of our core competencies.

Charisma Leadership

Anyone who plunges down from the 60m jump consciously overcomes their own comfort zone — and it is precisely this experience that we systematically train in Charisma Leadership. Courage, charisma, and confidence arise where boundaries are actively pushed. Ski jump tubing makes it tangible what charisma is at its core.

Teambuilding & Outdoor

In the Gate Challenge, FUN becomes a real team competition — strategy, mutual cheering, and shared victory are the same elements that form the methodological core in the Teambuilding & Outdoor concept. Ski jump tubing is the fastest way to experience a team in motion.

Other possible Skywalk modules
