Where conferences become an experience

The ORLEN Arena Oberstdorf offers 5 rooms with unique character — from the historical Ski Legends Room to the glass jump tower at 40 meters and the original athlete area. Each room tells its own ski jumping story and turns your conference into an unforgettable format.

Ski Legends Room (130 m², 50 people)

Bright, modern conference room on the 1st floor with a panoramic window front overlooking the ski jumps and a large terrace. Surrounded by historical ski jumping exhibition pieces.

Warming Room HS 137 (30 m², 20 people)

The glass jump tower of the large hill at a height of 40 meters — an elevator takes you up to the original warm-up room for ski jumpers. Exclusive setting with a dream view over Oberstdorf.

Athlete Area (120 m², 30 people)

Original relaxation area for competition athletes — with a separable kitchenette, quiet location for recovery, direct inclined elevator access, and an impressive view of the ski jump.

Inspiration through an extraordinary setting

Those who confer in the jump tower think differently. The setting breaks conference room routines and opens the mind to new perspectives — an effect you will take back to the office.

Reflection with atmosphere

After a climbing park or Skywalk experience, reflection in the Ski Legends Room with its historical exhibits is particularly intense. Setting + history = lasting learning effect.

Professional setting for professional topics

Conferring where Olympians prepare for their decisive jump allows you to feel the energy of elite sports. The ideal stage for strategic decisions and leadership meetings.

How this module methodologically connects to our core competencies

A conference at Skywalk has a double impact: through the extraordinary setting and through the connection to our ICO methodological expertise. This is where the methodological value of a conference is revealed — as a space for reflection and a stage for strategic inspiration.

Coaching

Strategy meetings in the Warming Room HS 137 or reflection sessions in the Ski Legends Room are methodologically high-quality coaching settings — the setting amplifies the impact of every question and every answer. Coaching at a height of 40 m is not easily forgotten.

Vision & Mission

A vision-mission retreat at Skywalk opens up your perspective — literally. Looking out over Oberstdorf from the glass tower of the large hill encourages different strategic thinking than a classic conference room. The setting helps teams to think big.
