Schanzengaudi team event
Schanzengaudi team event at the Oberstdorf ski jumping stadium
Against the backdrop of the Allgäu Alps, your team will connect in a new way — through the outdoor experience. Action, competitions and real team building at one of the most spectacular event locations in southern Germany. Suitable as an incentive, kick-off, team event or training event — we will design your individual schedule with you.
A day you will remember for a long time
Schanzengaudi is more than a team event — it is an adrenaline experience that brings your team together in a new way. In the legendary ski jumping stadium of the ORLEN Arena Oberstdorf, where the Four Hills Tournament kicks off every year, your day becomes an unforgettable mix of action, competition and shared laughter.
The schedule:
In small groups, you rotate through 6 stations around the stadium grounds. From the high ropes course between the ski jumps to the fast-paced ski jump tubing slope and the diamond hunt on the platform — each station has its own spirit. You will be accompanied by qualified ICO trainers who ensure safety and intense experiences.
What your team takes away:
Courage that grows through cheering each other on. Laughter that connects. And the ICO carabiner, which each participant receives personally at the end — a lasting anchor of remembrance for the day your team surpassed itself.
Concept flexibility:
From the 6 stations, we will select the right programme with you — half-day or full-day, with or without a One-Team final project (giant puzzle, large-ball transport or a custom slogan). If desired, we can add a ski jump tour, catering at the Erdinger Sportalp, or a sparkling wine reception in the glass ski jump tower at a height of 40 metres.
For every occasion:
Schanzengaudi works as an incentive (reward), kick-off (project start), team event (strengthen bonds) or training event (targeted team development). We design the format around your goal — and adapt modules and add-ons accordingly.

Three phases, one unforgettable day
Every Schanzengaudi follows a proven arc of suspense — from the icebreaker in the morning to the emotional carabiner handover in the evening. Three phases that turn a day’s schedule into a lasting team memory.
Laughter breaks the ice
The day starts with adrenaline on the ski jump tubing — within five minutes, the whole team is laughing. Those who did not know each other before do now. Courage becomes contagious, and inhibitions disappear in the wind.
Trust is built at height
In small groups, you rotate through the 6 stations around the stadium grounds — high ropes course, diamond hunt, ski jump tubing. Each station challenges you differently, and each reveals different strengths within the team. Accompanied by qualified ICO trainers.
Carabiner as a lasting anchor
The One-Team project (giant puzzle, large ball or slogan build) brings together all station wins. The emotional finale is the carabiner handover by the ICO trainers — an exclusive symbol of the day your team mastered together.
The 3 Schanzengaudi modules in detail
Schanzengaudi combines three complementary ICO Skywalk modules. Click through the details — each module can also be booked individually.
Climbing park with ground, team and sky courses
The ground course trains strategy and communication without the risk of height. Exercises such as the swamp bridge, the giant seesaw or the diamond pond (“Win as much as you can”) make team structures visible under real-time pressure — ideal as an introduction.
The team high course at 4–12 metres takes the team to the next level of trust. Mohawk Walk, trapeze bridge, Chaplin Walk and team seesaw require mutual belaying — physically and symbolically.
The sky course at 30 metres delivers the emotional highlight: Big Flying Fox, Giant Swing, Indi-Jones bridge and Burma bridge are among the memories that last a lifetime. Secured only by the carabiner and your own team.
Ski jump tubing with goal-wall challenge
Ski jump tubing is the FUN experience par excellence: on inflatable special sleds, you race down the Oberstdorf ski jumps into the valley. In summer on mats, in winter on snow — bookable year-round.
Three jumps to choose from: K19 (entry), K30 (step up), K56 (pure adrenaline). Both beginners and adrenaline junkies will get their money’s worth — an effortless highlight that brings everyone along.
Add-on goal-wall challenge: In an exciting team competition, you hit the target at full speed. Points for your team, prize for the winner — the ideal competition anchor for your Schanzengaudi day.
From the start bar to the world below you
Look down over Oberstdorf from the start bar of the large hill, equipped with original ski-jumping skis — experience the Four Hills Tournament venue with an exclusive ski jump tour the way only professional jumpers normally do.
Safely secured, you climb up via the ceramic inrun track of the large hill, visit the jumpers’ warm-up room and enjoy the spectacular view of Oberstdorf from a pro’s perspective.
The subsequent ski jump tour through the entire Four Hills Tournament area provides insights into distances, speeds, training methods and the lifestyle of elite athletes — what remains hidden from others on television.
Add-ons for your individual Schanzengaudi experience
