Activate the collective intelligence of your team through principle-oriented leadership. Learn to solve complex problems together—with the "Empower-Map" and the principle of "macro-management": setting the framework, strengthening personal responsibility, reaping results. Followed by individual transfer coaching.
Module 2: Clarity & Passion through Creating Meaning
Create passion and confidence through "intelligent transformation". With the STI method (Solution → Test → Implement) and type-appropriate motivation according to the "Pioneers & Pilots" model, you involve all forces—including the skeptics. Followed by individual transfer coaching.
Module 3: Leading through Willpower & Learnable Charisma
Convince even in the face of resistance—and remain stable yourself. Professional self-management, the head-heart-gut motivators, and the proven ICO "Charisma Principles" give you the tools for authentic leadership impact. Followed by individual transfer coaching.
