Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
ICO ImpulseConsult Oberstdorf GmbH endeavors to make its website accessible in accordance with the provisions of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG), the Bavarian E-Government Ordinance (BayEGovV), and Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This statement describes the current status of accessibility, known deficiencies, and options for feedback.
Scope
This accessibility statement applies to the website published at https://www.ico-oberstdorf.com by ICO ImpulseConsult Oberstdorf GmbH, including all subpages and integrated content.
For reasons of better readability, ICO ImpulseConsult Oberstdorf GmbH refrains from the simultaneous use of masculine and feminine linguistic forms. All personal designations apply to all genders (m/f/d).
Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the WCAG 2.1 success criteria at conformity level AA. The content listed below is not fully accessible for the following reasons:
Known non-compliances:
- Color contrasts: Individual decorative accent colors (e.g., the orange of the “Teambuilding & Outdoor” pillar section) do not consistently achieve the WCAG AA minimum ratio of 4.5:1 for body text when combined with light backgrounds.
- Non-text content: Not all images, background images, and icons have yet been provided with a text alternative (alt attribute or ARIA label). In particular, activity images displayed dynamically via loop grids are currently being updated step by step.
- Structural markup: In some cases, ARIA markup for more complex sections (accordions, tab structures, filtered overviews) is not yet fully available. Information, structures, and relationships cannot be programmatically captured in all cases in these areas.
- Embedded videos: YouTube videos integrated into the website do not consistently have German subtitles and audio descriptions. The provision of equivalent text alternatives (transcripts) is in progress.
- Keyboard navigation: Individual interactive components (especially loop grid filters and the mobile main menu) still show limited keyboard usability during the ongoing optimization phase. Skip links and focus indicators are activated via the integrated Elementor accessibility function.
- Integrated third-party content: Content from external providers (embedded videos, external links) is outside the direct control of the provider; accessibility can only be influenced to a limited extent.
ICO ImpulseConsult Oberstdorf GmbH is endeavoring to eliminate these deficiencies by [TARGET DATE] at the latest in order to achieve a high level of accessibility.
