What does the seminar room offer?

After the seminars

After the workshop, the center becomes a meeting point: bouldering wall, table tennis, and foosball on the ground floor, plus the outdoor lounge with a view of the Allgäu mountain range. In summer, the sun deck invites you to a debriefing at sunset.

During the seminars

The seminar room offers space for up to 30 people — whether in a U-shape, workshop islands, or an open circle of chairs. A projector, flipchart, moderation kit, and Wi-Fi are available. During breaks, the in-house bar provides coffee, drinks, and snacks.

Right outside the door

Located directly on the Iller, your outdoor program starts right outside the front door — rafting, canyoning, and the high ropes course can be reached in just a few minutes. Changing rooms with showers are available in the center to ensure a seamless transition between adventure and seminar.

Between the jumps of the Four Hills Tournament

The ICO Skywalk Arena in Oberstdorf is one of the most extraordinary event locations in Germany. Embedded between the ski jumps of the ORLEN Audi Arena — where the Four Hills Tournament holds the world in suspense every year — high-altitude adventure, team experience, and professional conference infrastructure merge into a format that participants will talk about for years to come.

Aim high in the Skywalk Arena

Whether it is the climbing park, Giant Swing, ski jump tubing, or a strategy workshop with a mountain panorama: here, development is not just discussed, it is experienced.

Climbing park with three courses

The ground course trains communication and teamwork without height — ideal as an introduction. The team course takes groups to 4–12 meters and requires mutual belaying and trust. The sky course at up to 30 meters is for the brave who want to leave their comfort zone. All stations are guided and pedagogically accompanied by certified ICO trainers.

Conferences in the Audi Arena

Modern conference rooms with panoramic views directly in the ski jumping arena — projector, Wi-Fi, and moderation equipment included. Perfect for workshops, strategy days, or kick-offs that can be combined with outdoor elements. Half-day and full-day packages possible, catering on request. The unique backdrop ensures that your event remains memorable.

Giant Swing — Free fall from 15 meters

The team pulls together on the rope until the participant is at a height of 15 meters — then let go. The free fall into the pendulum motion is a key moment: overcoming fear, trusting the team, and the experience that letting go of control does not mean losing control. A subsequent debriefing by ICO trainers transfers the experience into everyday leadership. No previous knowledge necessary, from 14 years.

Flying Fox — 200m across the arena

The zip line stretches 200 meters across the entire grounds of the Audi Arena — starting between the jumps, landing at the foot of the facility. Speeds up to 60 km/h, panoramic views of the Oberstdorf mountains included. Double start possible, so two participants can ride at the same time. Often the crowning finale of a Skywalk day. Available year-round, regardless of weather.

Ski jump tubing on the original jumps

Slide down the approach track of the ski jumps on rubber tubes — where the world’s best start during the Four Hills Tournament. Three jump sizes are available, from moderate to the original jump. Safety briefing by trained staff, helmets are provided. For groups of 10 or more, also bookable as an individual module within an incentive day.

Guided tour & view from the jump table

A guided tour through the Audi Arena shows the infrastructure behind World Cup ski jumping — from the athlete area to the jury cabin to the jump table at a height of 90 meters. Stand where Martin Schmitt and Sven Hannawald stood and experience the perspective before heading into the depths. Can be combined with ski jump tubing or as a standalone 60-minute program for up to 25 people.
