Become part of the ICO team – Event Management Internship in the Allgäu
We are regularly looking for committed interns who would like to get to know our company and support us. ICO is an innovative company with core areas in management consulting and event management. We design corporate events intelligently and purposefully, creating positive emotional engagement and sustainability through business know-how. We have a wide range of outdoor and indoor modules at our disposal.
Project management and support for the event management lead

You will experience complete, end-to-end processes and can quickly take on responsibility in our young core office team (4 permanent employees and around 30 freelancers). You will gain valuable insights into a leading outdoor company in the Allgäu and work where others go on holiday. The internship is paid.
Areas of responsibility:
- Event consulting
- Tailored concept development
- Train events with executives, apprentices, and trainees
- Professional event delivery outdoors and indoors
- Outdoor tourism programmes
Internship duration:
At least 5 months.
Requirements profile
- Studies in sports science, education, business administration (tourism) or training as an event management clerk
- Organisational and teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility
- Affinity for sports and experiential education work, enthusiasm for nature
- Advanced skills in using Office programs
- Willingness to carry out practical tasks related to outdoor equipment
