A pioneer for agility in Germany — he wrote his sociology diploma thesis on agile network leadership as early as 1991. As a coach for Olympic champions, national coaches, and managers, he combines elite sports psychology with organizational development. As a graduate of two European elite universities (ESC Reims and ESB), he is interculturally proficient; as an expedition athlete, he credibly embodies the ICO motto “Sovereign in turbulent times.”

- Leadership coach since 1995. International master trainer for agile transformation (D, F, GB, B, CH).
- Graduate of the French elite university ESC Reims and the European School of Business ESB — double degree. Sociological diploma thesis in 1991 on systemic-networked leadership in changing values (cybernetics).
- Guest lecturer at universities in Germany and France (Intercultural Leadership, Change Management).
- Certified Management Consultant of the BDU (Federal Association of German Management Consultants).
- Recipient of the Bavarian Innovation Prize — awarded by the Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs for the development of a holistic coaching concept.

The combination of business studies (MBA), therapeutic training, and high-level outdoor professional qualifications over many years of practice makes her a profound guide at the interface of personal and organizational development. Not only in business, but also as a mental trainer for athletes, she is accustomed to agile ways of working. Claudia Heil has been working as a trainer, consultant, and coach since June 2002. She accompanies companies, entrepreneurs, and athletes in the areas of change management, stress competence and personality development, communication training, and mental training. Her strengths as a trainer lie in her intuition and sensitivity for people and corporate structures, the analysis of processes, and the initiation and implementation of development processes.
