As an Allgäu management consultancy, ICO ImpulseConsult Oberstdorf GmbH has been supporting companies since 1994 in transformation, leadership development and teambuilding. Our systemic consulting approach follows the intellectual pioneers Frederik Vester (cybernetics) and Niklas Luhmann (systems theory) — with the aim of restoring clarity and translating it into effective responsibility. As an experienced Allgäu management consultancy, we combine elite sports methodology with business practice.
